Former MTV Staffer Sues Alleging Sex and Drugs on 'The Hills'

John Shearer/Getty Images A former production coordinator on MTV's The Hills reports a "dangerous" trip to Costa Rica full of alleged drug use and sexual harassment in a new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles.our editor recommends'The Hills'' Conrad debuts at L.A. Fashion Week Eliza Sproul says that when the show prepared to take the crew to Costa Rica in May 2010, MTV failed to secure a work visa for everyone. Instead, Sproul and others got tourist visas and had to rely on local help, such as a guy by the name of Andres, who is said to have made sexual advances, pressured Sproul to go with him to the forrest and smoke marijuana. During the trip, Sproul says she worked late hours and had to sleep in the office with no rest or meal breaks. She alleges another employee, Salomon, showed off body parts in a "distressing" manner, with more sexual activity and drugs present.
